In July 2023, Zeofixer\u00ae<\/sup><\/a>, a silicon-based phosphorus sequestering agent<\/a>, was applied to an isolated area in Lake Sha for phosphorus reduction and water quality improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Application Area<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The application area is in the center of Lake Sha which has been separated by curtains. The surface area of the application zone is around 10,000 sq m, with an average depth of 2 m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Application on Lake Sha<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The pre-treatment total phosphorus concentration in the water body was 0.115mg\/L<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the requirements of the local environmental protection bureau, the total phosphorus in the application area should below 0.05mg\/L<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In July 2023, Zeofixer\u00ae<\/sup>, a silicon-based phosphorus sequestering agent, was applied to Lake Sha for Phosphorus reduction and water quality improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Result of the Application<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The total phosphorus in the overlying water after the application had stabilized at 0.028mg\/L<\/strong> (Removal Rate: 76%<\/strong>), which achieved our customer\u2019s targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
